Breakfast: Millet with Fruit
The perfect breakfast: millet with fruit recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Millet
- 200 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Beet syrup
- 1 Grapefruit fresh
- 100 g Fresh strawberries
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- Put the millet in a saucepan with water, bring to the boil and then let it stand on the stove for about 30 minutes.
- Halve the grapefruit and remove the pulp with the help of a spoon. Wash the strawberries, remove the green parts and cut into small pieces. Mix with the syrup and cinnamon.
- When the millet is cold, mix everything together.
