Ingredients
- 400 g Orange sweet potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 100 g Carrots
- 1 Red peppers
- 250 g Pork meat
- 1 "Mushroom" brunch
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 g Balkan cheese
- Pepper, salt, chilli
Instructions
- Dissolve brunch in hot vegetable stock, stir, let cool. Cut the onion into small cubes and add to the sauce. Cut the pork into small pieces (or take it with strips) and marinate in the sauce for about 2 hours.
- Boil the sweet potato (s) al dente, allow to cool, peel and cut into cubes. Peel the carrot (s) and wash, cut and add the peppers to the pan. Season with salt and pepper, stir again. Pour the mushroom sauce with the meat and onion pieces into the pan, stir everything well and cover and let simmer for about half an hour at a low temperature.
- Cut the Balkan cheese into small pieces and add to the pan, stir and dissolve. Season to taste with chilli.
- In order to be able to enjoy enough sauce, the dish should be eaten with a spoon ... 😉
