Pan-fried Dishes: Egg Acquaintances with Onions, Bacon and Camembert

- 2 Pc. Eggs free range size L
- 0,5 Pc. Onion
- 75 g Smoked bacon in cubes
- 1 Pc. Camembert
- Seasoned Salt
- Colorful pepper
- China seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 Pc. Tomato
- First heat the oil in the pan and fry the half or a small onion cut into strips with the bacon until translucent.
- Beat the eggs and put them over the onions in the pan, use the spatula to prick the egg yolks, so the yolks are better distributed (we don’t like it so directly when the yolks stay whole, so we prefer to bake them as a set egg on both sides ), but since I can’t turn it here I hit the yolk. Season the egg with herbal salt, the colored pepper and the Chinese seasoning mixture.
- Cut the camembert into slices and distribute evenly over the eggs, cover and allow to set over a mild heat.
- Arrange the whole thing on the plate with the sliced tomato and enjoy with fresh bread, rolls or the like with a fresh coffee or tea.
- Herbal salt: parsley, celery, onions, basil, dill, marjoram, bay leaves, rosemary, oregano, thyme and iodized table salt, or in short Bad Reichenhaller herbal salt
