Pan-fried Dishes: Egg Omlette Acquaintance with Camembert

- 3 Pc. Free range eggs
- 25 g Diced breakfast bacon
- 0,5 Pc. Chopped onion
- Rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp Wild garlic salt
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
- Colorful pepper
- 1 Pr Chili powder
- 1 Pc. Camembert
- 4 Sch. Whole grain toast
- First, put some rapeseed oil in the pan and heat it, then sauté the diced bacon with the roughly diced onion until translucent.
- In the meantime, put the eggs in a mixing bowl and add the pepper, wild garlic salt, chlili flakes and the colorful pepper from the mill and whisk everything together nicely with the whisk
- Then distribute the whole thing evenly over the breakfast bacon and onions in the pan, pour over. Cover everything and let set over medium heat.
- In the meantime, cut the camembert into slices. When the top layer starts to stick, distribute the camembert evenly over the eggs and cover again with medium heat, continue sticking until the camembert has flowed nicely.
- Put the toast in the toaster and toast, the toast bread on 2 plates here on only one, had great appetites.
- When the omelette is cooked through and the Camembert has run nicely, take it out of the pan and pour it over the toast and then enjoy it while still warm, bon appetit
