Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp dry yeast
  • n. B. Water, lukewarm, approx. 80 – 90 ml
  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. sugar
  • e.g. basil
  • e.g. oregano
  • n. B. Thyme
  • n. B. cheese
  • n. B. Pizza topping of your choice

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Quickly made fresh pizza without an oven

For the tomato sauce, place the passata in a tall bowl. Dice the onion and garlic and add to the passata. Season with salt, a pinch of sugar, basil, and oregano, and blend well. Place the flour, olive oil, dry yeast, warm water (80-90 ml), a pinch of salt, and half a teaspoon of sugar in a large (28 cm) pan and mix well. Smooth the mixture as evenly as possible. Carefully spread the tomato sauce over the raw pizza dough and top with as desired. Bake the pizza with the lid closed for 10 minutes at medium heat. Then remove the lid and bake for another 5 minutes. The pizza is ready and can be served.
