Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- some water
- n. B. Herbs, various of your choice
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper(s), finely chopped
- some pepper
- some sugar
- some lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
low-carb pizza with parmesan base
Spread the Parmesan cheese on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and melt it in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 5 minutes. Let the cheese plate cool slightly. The pizza base is ready. Dilute the tomato paste with a little water, stir in the herbs, garlic, and olive oil, and season with sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Spread the sauce on the pizza base and top with mushrooms, bell peppers, and chili peppers. Spread 100g of cheese over the pizza. Bake in the preheated oven at the same temperature for about 10 minutes.
