Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g flour
- ¼ liter of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 50 g butter, melted, cooled
- some butter for the pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Basic recipe
Sift the flour. Whisk the milk with salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Add the flour and mix everything into a batter. Melt the butter and stir it in last. Melt some butter in a pan and add the batter in portions. Cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve with chocolate sauce, cherries, jam, or powdered sugar. Tip: For savory pancakes, simply omit the sugar and add diced ham, for example, to the batter.
