Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g milk
  • 3 eggs
  • some salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • little fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

enough for about 8 pieces

Combine milk, eggs, and salt in the mixing bowl and mix for 15 seconds/speed 4. Add flour and baking powder and mix for 15 seconds/speed 4. Let the pancake batter rest for 30 minutes. Then fry in batches in a pan with a little fat.
