Pancake Pizza

The perfect pancake pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Pizza topping

  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 50 g Gouda in one piece
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 piece Fresh onion

Pancake batter

  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 300 g Spelled flour
  • Milk n.a.
  • 1 pinch Salt

Pancakes

  1. Make a pancake batter out of eggs, milk and flour. Grate the gouda.
  2. Bake a thick pancake in a pan with a little oil.

Covering

  1. Turn over once and top with tomato slices, onions, oregano and the grated Gouda cheese. Turn off the stove, if possible put a lid on the pan.
  2. When the cheese has melted, the pancake pizza is ready.
  3. I’ve eaten one with my girlfriend and you’re really full.
