Pancakes with a twist, delicious breakfast idea for 4 people

First, beat the egg whites with the salt. They shouldn’t be too stiff, just foamy. Mix the remaining ingredients in another bowl, then stir in the chocolate chips. Finally, fold in the foamy beaten egg whites, and the mixture can be spread in a cake pop maker or a well-greased mini muffin tin. Bake the pancake poppers at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. After baking, let them cool for about five minutes so they’re easier to remove from the pan. Serve topped with maple syrup and powdered sugar. Pancake poppers are a great and creative breakfast idea. They’re quick to prepare and have the advantage that you don’t have to stand at the pan the whole time.
