Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 240 ml water
- 240 ml milk
- 200 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup cream cheese with herbs
- 2 packs of salmon (smoked salmon) in slices
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Prepare a pancake batter as usual using eggs, water, milk, flour, and a pinch of salt. Bake the pancakes one at a time in a pan with a little hot clarified butter. Let cool slightly, then spread each pancake with cream cheese and top with salmon. Roll up the pancakes tightly and refrigerate. To serve, cut into approximately 1 cm thick slices.
