Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml sweet cream
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 sheets of white gelatin
  • 1 jar raspberries
  • ½ lemon(s), juice and grated zest

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

with raspberries

Heat the cream with the vanilla sugar and simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, soften the gelatin in cold water. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the gelatin, still dripping wet, into the hot cream. Pour the cream into glasses or bowls and cover with cling film. Refrigerate for about 4 hours to set. Drain the raspberries. Mix with lemon juice and grated zest. Spread over the panna cotta before serving.
