Pancakes from the oven

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 25 g flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil, or another neutral

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

1 tray, low in calories, versatile and delicious

Mix the flour with the milk, add the eggs and sugar and beat with a whisk until smooth. Spread the oil on a baking tray and line the baking paper with baking paper. Now spread the liquid batter on the tray. If you like, you can add fruit at this point, e.g. blueberries from a jar or something similar. Then bake the whole thing at 170 – 200°C (depending on the oven – if in doubt, use a lower temperature) for 8 – 15 minutes on the middle rack. Take it out when the edges are golden brown. You can then top the whole thing with whatever you like. Delicious with lots of fresh fruit. You can also top the batter with banana slices a few minutes before the end of the baking time. The calorie information applies to a tray without fruit. For example, one banana or 125g of blueberries from a jar adds around 100 kcal each.
