Pancakes with apple

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 160 g flour
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Grate the apple and separate the eggs. Combine the egg yolks with the milk, salt, sugar, apple, and vanilla sugar. Add the flour. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Fry the batter in batches in a hot pan with oil. Turn the pancakes over as soon as several bubbles appear.
