Pancakes with maple syrup

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g rice flour
  • 150 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • e.g. maple syrup
  • oil or fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Put the flour in a bowl. Add the milk and mix with a whisk. Then add the eggs and salt and mix well. Pour the batter into a hot pan with oil or fat using a ladle and let it spread. Turn the pancakes over high heat after about two minutes and cook for another two minutes. This will make about five medium-sized pancakes. Arrange the pancakes on a plate, spread the maple syrup on top, and top with the next pancake. Alternatively, you can build a “tower.” The sky’s the limit.
