Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 4 medium-sized eggs, fresh and at room temperature
- 4 sausages (Mettwurst), sliced
- some nutmeg, freshly grated
- some salt
- some black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Rhenish specialty
Combine flour and milk, add eggs and nutmeg, and season with salt and pepper. Cover and let rest. Fry 1/4 of the slices of minced meat in a little oil. Add 1/4 of the pancake batter and fry on both sides over low heat until golden brown. Keep warm in the oven until all the pancakes are cooked. Serve hot with a green salad.
