  • 250 g double cream cheese
  • 200 ml cream or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp, leveled agar-agar
  • 1 handful of berries, e.g. blueberries, frozen
  • 1 tbsp sweetener, e.g. xylitol (sugar substitute); adjust dosage if necessary
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder or the pulp of a vanilla pod

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Low carb, can also be prepared vegan

In a saucepan, mix the cream cheese with the cream or milk. Then add the agar agar and bring the cold liquid to a boil. Gradually add all the other ingredients, except the berries. Bring to a boil briefly, stirring constantly. Otherwise, it will stick to the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat, stir for another minute, and then pour the liquid into 2-3 glasses or dessert bowls. Let it cool for a few minutes, add the berries to the mixture and refrigerate the bowls. After 1 hour, the mixture will be firm and have the consistency of panna cotta.
