Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g milk, 3.5% fat
  • 50 g sugar
  • 4 sheets of gelatin
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • n. B. seasonal fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

Gently heat the milk, sugar, scraped vanilla seeds, and pod in a saucepan, stirring constantly, and simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, soften the gelatin in water. Remove the vanilla pod from the milk, remove the pan from the heat, add the gelatin, and stir until dissolved. Pour the panna cotta into the desired containers and refrigerate for 5 hours. Serve with fresh fruit.
