Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g black pudding
- 500 g liver sausage
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 cup pearl barley
- 1 cup flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 20 minutes
Cook the pearl barley until tender. Bring the black pudding and liver sausage to a boil in a pan with a little water. Add the finely diced onion and sauté. Add the pearl barley to the sausage mixture, mix everything together, and season with salt and pepper. Add a cup of flour, stir for a while, and season again. Transfer the mixture to a bowl or loaf pan and let it cool, preferably overnight. Cut into slices and fry in the pan on both sides.
