Papa’s Pasta Salad

The perfect papa’s pasta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Tagliatelle
  • Pickled cucumbers from the jar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Glass Mircle Whip
  • 300 g Poultry sausage
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 6 tbsp Cucumber water
  1. Hard-boil the eggs for about 8-10 minutes. Then quench with cold water. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the package instructions and drain.
  2. Put the warm pasta in layers (in 4 layers) in a large bowl. Season each layer with a little salt and pepper, paprika powder, as well as sugar (1-2 tablespoons per layer), cucumber water (2-3 tablespoons per layer) and oil (1 tablespoon per layer).
  3. Cut the pickled cucumbers and eggs into very small cubes and add them to the salad.
  4. Also cut the meat sausage cubes into small cubes, but only add these after the salad has cooled down. Now the Mircale Whip can also be added. Good Appetite!
