Papaya-banana mousse

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small papaya, yellow, approx. 400 g
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar, fine, white
  • 1 tbsp honey, light
  • 1 tsp, leveled cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of mace
  • e.g. papaya
  • n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
  • n. B. Sesame, white
  • n. B. almond(s), roasted
  • n. B. flowers and leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A refreshing and satisfying combination of fruits and nuts. Recipe from Bali, Indonesia.

Wash and peel the papaya, halve it lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut the flesh into pieces. Reserve some pieces for garnishing, then place the rest in a blender along with the peeled banana and the remaining ingredients. Blend at low speed for about 20 seconds until coarsely pureed. Spoon into 2 serving bowls, garnish, serve cold, and enjoy.
