Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g cream cheese, coarse
- 2 peppers, chopped
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 chili pepper(s), small
- 100 g diced ham
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch(s) chili powder or paprika powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then simply add all the ingredients to the bowl and toss into the pan. This dish was originally intended to use up leftovers, but it tasted too good not to cook again.
