Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 160 g bell pepper(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- Herbs (parsley, thyme, oregano), chopped
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Chop the onion and sauté in oil. Dice the bell pepper and add it. Pour in the broth and milk. Simmer for 20 minutes and then puree. Season to taste with herbs and spices.
