Paprika – Beef

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 425 g beef, cooked from the can
  • 1 onion(s), sliced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 150 ml beer
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g pasta
  • Parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the meat in a pot and shred with a fork. Add the onions, garlic, beer, paprika, tomato paste, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring slowly to a boil, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Cook the pasta and place it on a warmed serving platter. Spoon the meat mixture into the center of the platter and garnish with parsley. Serve with a salad. Also delicious with other canned meats or meat from the butcher.
