vegan, quick and easy

Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions. This usually means pouring twice the amount of boiling water over it and letting it steep. Wash the bell peppers and remove the seeds, peel the onions, and cut everything into 0.5 to 1 cm pieces. Add everything to a hot, large pan without oil and sauté, stirring, until the onions are translucent. Roughly chop the wild garlic and stir it into the cooked couscous. Once the onions are translucent, add the couscous to the vegetables in the pan and mix. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately. A green salad or some goat’s or sheep’s cheese goes well with this.
