Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • pepper
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean, wash, and finely chop the bell peppers. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Briefly fry the onion, garlic, and bell peppers in hot oil for about 2 minutes. Mix the cream cheese with the milk in a bowl and season with pepper. Add the cooled vegetables, stir in, and mix well. Then arrange and serve. Tip: If the vegetables are still too warm, the dip will quickly become too runny. My daughters like to take this dip to parties and serve it with either white bread or vegetable sticks.
