Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

Banana-pineapple salad

Peel the bananas and pineapple (no need for canned ones). Then cut them into small pieces and drizzle with fresh orange and lemon juice. Add the cinnamon, sugar, and ginger powder and mix. Chill in a large, shallow bowl or dish for about 2 hours. Meanwhile, finely chop the banana chips and white chocolate. Just before serving, sprinkle the banana chips and chocolate over the banana/pineapple layer. Whip the cream until stiff, mix with the sour cream and honey, and layer it over the fruit. For decoration, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Given the satisfied faces, I don’t want to think about calories.
