Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese (Brunch Paprika – Pepper)
  • possibly salt
  • herbs to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

a bit spicy

First, clean and quarter the bell pepper. If you have a Tupperware Quick Chef, chop the quartered bell pepper in it first. Then add the cream cheese and sour cream. Mix everything together until a smooth cream forms. If desired, add salt or herbs. If you don’t have a Quick Chef, chop the bell pepper very finely and mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with bread or crackers.
