Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g Gouda, young
- 50 g cream
- 20 g butter
- 30 g bell pepper(s), red
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- 100 g sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes
Finely dice or grate the cheese. Finely grate the bell pepper. Melt the butter in the cream over medium heat, then add the cheese, grated bell pepper, and paprika powder, stirring vigorously until melted. Once the ingredients are combined, stir in the sour cream. Let the fairly liquid mixture set overnight in the refrigerator.
