Paprika Mince Rice Pan

- 350 g Minced meat
- 200 g Rice
- 200 Milliliters Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- 1 Stock cube
- 0,5 Yellow peppers
- 0,5 Green peppers
- 0,5 Red peppers
- 0,5 Ground garlic
- Measure out all the ingredients and place them ready to hand. Wash the peppers and cut into small cubes.
- Fry the minced meat in oil and season with garlic.
- Add paprika, ketchup, water and bring to the boil and add the stock cubes, simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Now add the uncooked rice and boil down until the liquid is gone and the rice is soft.
