Rice – Mince Pan
The perfect rice – mince pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 gr According to minced meat
- 375 gr Rice
- 2 Red Paprika
- 1 Onion
- 4 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt pepper
- Vegetable broth
- Cook the rice as usual. drain well in a colander after cooking.
- In the meantime, while the rice is simmering, peel the onion and dice it in hot fat until golden brown. Wash, core, peel and dice the red peppers and add to the onions.
- Add a pinch of sugar that enhances the taste. Add the minced meat and fry it until crumbly, then add the tomato paste and the spices. Add a little water and let it simmer. At the very end the rice is added and mixed. Season again if necessary
