Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 75 g onion(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 4 tomatoes
- 3 bell peppers
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup broth
- 250 g pasta
- 300 g sausage (hunting)
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 egg(s)
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Slice the sausage and season each side with salt and pepper. Crack the egg onto a plate and beat it with a fork. Transfer the breadcrumbs to another plate. Dip the sausage slices first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and slowly fry the breaded sausage on both sides. Chop the vegetables. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the tomatoes and bell pepper and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Add the pasta to the vegetables, mix, and heat briefly. Serve with the sausage schnitzels.
