Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bell peppers, red or yellow
- 200 g ham or bacon, raw, diced
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), diced
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cup(s) milk
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the peppers, remove the seeds, and place them rounded-down in a greased baking dish. Fill the peppers with ham and cheese cubes. Mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper and pour over the vegetables. Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes.
