Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 500 g quark
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • Rum – raisins or sour cherries or
  • Mandarin(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk together butter, sugar, quark, vanilla pudding powder, and egg yolk. Add raisins, sour cherries, or mandarins. Beat egg whites and fold into the batter. Grease a springform pan and cover the bottom with rusk crumbs. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake at 140 degrees Celsius for approximately 75-80 minutes.
