Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g pork schnitzel
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • some tomato ketchup
  • 1 jar pepper(s), pickled
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • ½ cup cream
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • some broth
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Soy sauce
  • Tabasco
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

First, season and fry the schnitzels, then remove them from the pan and keep them warm in the oven. Now fry the onions in the same pan until golden brown. Finally, add the remaining ingredients to the pan. Be sure to add the liquid from the pickled peppers to the pan, as this gives the sauce its characteristic flavor. Serve with potatoes.
