Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 1 egg(s)
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 2 onions, diced
- 30 g butter
- 2 bell pepper(s), red, cut into strips
- 2 gherkins, sliced
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 250 ml meat broth, strong or vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

For the sauce, sauté diced onions in butter until translucent. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Season the meat with pepper and paprika. Coat in flour. Beat the egg with salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat the schnitzels first in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Fry in clarified butter on both sides until golden brown. Serve with the sauce.
