Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of tarte flambée dough, from the refrigerated section
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 potatoes
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Cut the potatoes into thin, round slices and the onions into cubes or rings. Roll out the tarte flambée dough and spread the crème fraîche on top. Arrange the potato slices on top, ensuring they do not overlap. Distribute the onions and drizzle the entire baking sheet with a little olive oil. Bake the tarte flambée in the hot oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. It’s done when the potatoes have brown bubbles.
