Almendras de las bonas

Place the almonds in boiling water for about 30 seconds. Then drain and peel them. Gently press on the almonds, and they will pop out of the skin. Once all the almonds are peeled, heat the oil in a large pan and add the almonds. Toast the almonds over medium heat, stirring constantly. Keep an eye on them, as they can burn quickly and become bitter. Just before serving, add a pinch of salt and serve. Tip: If you like, you can also try other spices.
