Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey or chicken strips
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ¼ ml broth
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 shallots
  • 1 tsp. curry paste, red
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Finely dice the garlic clove. Roughly chop the shallots, tomatoes, and bell peppers. Brown the minced meat in a pan with oil, add the tomato paste, and fry briefly. Add the onions and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes. Deglaze with stock and cream, add the bell peppers and tomatoes, and stir in the curry paste. Season with salt and pepper and reduce slightly. Serve the minced meat with rice, pasta, or baguette.
