Parma – tomatoes – mozzarella – baguette

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small baguettes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 1 mozzarella
  • Basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the baguette in half and spread with butter. Place two slices of Parma ham on each half. Wash and slice the tomato, and place it on top of the ham. Slice the mozzarella and place it on top of the baguette. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese has melted. Serve garnished with fresh basil leaves. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
