Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g potatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g Parmesan
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp herbs, Italian
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges, still with the skin on. Then, in a bowl, toss them with Parmesan cheese and olive oil. Combine the seasonings in a separate bowl and then add them to the potatoes. Mix everything thoroughly again and then spread the potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes.
