Parmesan herb baguette with garlic

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s), 50-60 cm long
  • 5 tbsp parsley, frozen or freshly chopped
  • 5 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 12 tbsp butter, salted, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, freshly chopped
  • ½ tsp pepper, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick to make, easy to prepare

Combine the butter with Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic until creamy. Season with pepper to taste. Cut the baguette into slices approximately 1-1.5 cm thick. Spread the herb butter on each side. Don’t spread it too thickly, or it will run through the grill. Grill for 1-3 minutes on each side. Tip: Your fingers are best for spreading the herb butter on the baguettes.
