Parmesan – rosemary – crackers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 60 g butter
  • 60 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 60 g sour cream
  • some salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 egg(s), of which the egg white
  • rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead the flour, room-temperature butter, Parmesan cheese, and sour cream into a dough, adding just a pinch of salt (the cheese is already salty), as well as a little black pepper. Shape the dough into a log (3-4 cm in diameter) and place it in a freezer bag in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Cut approximately 1/2 cm thick slices from the log, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with egg white, and top with rosemary sprigs, preferably fresh. Bake in the oven at approximately 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
