Salmon casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 350 g salmon fillet(s), fresh
  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 egg(s), including the yolk
  • Dill, plenty
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the potatoes and slice them. Cut the salmon fillet into pieces. Layer both and season with salt (especially the fish layer). For the sauce: Combine the cream and egg yolk. Season with salt, pepper, and plenty of dill. Pour over the casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 220°C. This goes well with crispy Chinese cabbage, for example.
