Parmesan spaghetti

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • some butter
  • Parmesan as desired
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook spaghetti until al dente and drain slightly. Set aside a cup of pasta water. Transfer pasta to a bowl, sprinkle with a little butter, and stir in. Add Parmesan cheese to taste, stir to combine, and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. If the pasta is too dry, add a little pasta water. Serve immediately.
