Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g whole wheat spaghetti
- 3 carrots
- 30 g herb butter
- 100 g Emmental cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Spaghetti with carrots, herb butter and Emmental cheese
Cut the carrots into small sticks. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions and add the carrots 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Drain and return the spaghetti and carrots to the pot. Add the herb butter and stir to combine. Serve on plates and sprinkle with cheese. This whole dish is quick to make, very inexpensive, and tastes great.
