Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 500 g tomato paste
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 basil leaves
- 3 tbsp Parmesan
- salt and pepper
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook spaghetti al dente. Heat tomato paste and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Then mince the garlic clove and add the basil. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper, add the pasta, serve on a plate, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
