Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 5 tbsp sour cream
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pack of sauce powder, vanilla
- 1 pack of jelly (raspberry or woodruff)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Make a batter with butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, and cream. Divide the batter into three equal portions. Stir the vanilla custard powder into the first portion. Stir the jelly into the second portion. Stir the cocoa powder into the third portion. Pour the batters, in order, into a greased loaf pan and mix gently with a fork, as you would for marble cake. Baking time: approx. 50-60 minutes at 180°C (350°F)—however, this varies from oven to oven!
