Parsley and Leek Soup

The perfect parsley and leek soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Parsley root
  • 1 Pc. Parsnip fresh
  • 1 Pc. Potato
  • 3 Pc. Peeled garlic clove
  • 800 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 cups Cream
  • 1 Pc. Leek
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Sauté the leek, cut into rings, in olive oil with the garlic. Add the diced parsley root, parsnip and potato and let simmer a little. Deglaze with the soup and cook until soft. Puree and refine with cream. If necessary, add salt and pepper. A garlic bread is served with it.
