Parsley and Leek Soup
The perfect parsley and leek soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Parsley root
- 1 Pc. Parsnip fresh
- 1 Pc. Potato
- 3 Pc. Peeled garlic clove
- 800 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 cups Cream
- 1 Pc. Leek
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sauté the leek, cut into rings, in olive oil with the garlic. Add the diced parsley root, parsnip and potato and let simmer a little. Deglaze with the soup and cook until soft. Puree and refine with cream. If necessary, add salt and pepper. A garlic bread is served with it.
