Parsley curd with baked potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp parsley, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 large potatoes
  • Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 10 minutes

Mix the quark with the mayonnaise and parsley and season with spices. Let the finished quark sit for about half an hour. I usually pre-cook the potatoes for 5 minutes, otherwise they take too long to cook in the oven. Then wrap them in aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Tastes great with steaks or grilled food.
